Robin & I have been working together for the last year.  She let me know what her fitness goals were, so we worked together to achieve those goals.  I asked her a few questions regarding her personal fitness journey, here’s what she had to say.

LEG DAY WARM UP

 

What you will need – WOD TABATA TRAINER APP (available for iOS – https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/smartwod-timer-wod-timer/id1248966041?mt=8)& android)Set the TABATA timer as follows12- Rounds:30 – Work:10 – RestThis workout will last 8 minutes.  Are you ready?

  1. Romanian Dead Lifts aka RDL’s
  2. No Prisoner Squats
  3. Alternating Front Lunges
  4. Jump Squats

LEG DAY WORKOUT

 

Set the TABATA timer as follows
12- Rounds
:30 – Work
:10 – Rest

This workout will last 8 minutes.  Are you ready?

  1.  Sled Pull Down
  2.  Sled Pull Back
  3. Alternating Box Step Ups
  4. Dumbbell Box Squats

 


BACK WORKOUT

Set the TABATA timer as follows
12- Rounds
:30 – Work
:10 – Rest

This workout will last 8 minutes.  Are you ready?

  1. Left Arm Isolated Dumbbell Row
  2. Right Arm Isolated Dumbbell Row
  3. Compound Dumbbell Upright Row
  4. Compound TRX Close Grip Rows
