Chest Workout with Perfect Pushups For Women
What you will need – WOD TABATA TRAINER APP (available for iOS – https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/smartwod-timer-wod-timer/id1248966041?mt=8)
Set the TABATA timer as follows
Each exercise you will execute to the best of your ability for 30 seconds.
You will rest for 10 seconds, then move to the next exercise. You will repeat this cycle until you have finished the 4 exercises. You will complete this circuit after 3 full revolutions.
- Stability Ball hold
- Perfect push up
- Dumbbell floor fly’s
- Dumbbell close grip press
