- WIDE GRIP PULL UPS- 4(10)
- FRONT CABLE RAISES 4(25)
- CLOSE GRIP BARBELL PULLS 3(25) 3(5 OR BETTER)
- STANDING SHOULDER PRESSES 3(10) 3(3 OR BETTER)
- REVERSE INCLINE DUMBBELL PULLS 4(15)
- DUMBBELL TRAP RAISES 4(15 OR BETTER)
