Here’s my routine listed below

  • WIDE GRIP PULL UPS- 4(10)
  • FRONT CABLE RAISES 4(25)
  • CLOSE GRIP BARBELL PULLS 3(25) 3(5 OR BETTER)
  • STANDING SHOULDER PRESSES 3(10) 3(3 OR BETTER)
  • REVERSE INCLINE DUMBBELL PULLS 4(15)
  • DUMBBELL TRAP RAISES 4(15 OR BETTER)
