Today I will be showing you my Leg Day workout Im going for 300 Reps! Here’s the breakdown of my entire workout.
- LEG EXTENSIONS -85LBS- 4(25)
- HAMSTRING CURLS- 65LBS- 4(25) -(I count leg extensions & hamstring curls as 1 exercise, not two.)
- REVERSE HACK SQUATS- 135LBS 25 REPS
- 315LBS- 2(25)
- 405LBS- 25 REPS
- LEG & CALF PRESS- 200LBS- 25 REPS
- 400LBS- 2(25)
- 500LBS- 25 REPS
- JUMPROPE 4(250)
- UNILATERAL LUNGES- 4(5)
- STATIONARY BIKE RIDE- 4 MILES/20 MINS
- TREADMILL RUN- 1 MILE/10 MINUTES
