FULL DAY OF EATING, VOTING, & WORKING OUT
I hope you all had a successful day! Election Day! They made it seems like it was Judgement Day. Geez! I don’t want to turn this to a political post and it sure won’t be. I’ll just be glad when all of this is over so we can focus on what matters….our health & fitness.
I started my day off with 16oz of water & a quick morning exercise in my room. Mind you it’s about 4:30am because I have to be at work at 5am.
- Single leg press downs
- Back pulls
- Chest presses
- Bicep curls
- Tricep extensions
I did 50 reps with each exercise using my resistance bands.
I also grabbed my 25 pound dumbells on each arm and did 50 reps, standing shoulder presses. When I finished those I did 50 reps of hanging knee crunches. I have some straps that I’ve attached to my pull up bar on my door. When those were done I used my perfect push ups and knocked out 25 reps. In total this took me about 10-15 minutes.
On my way to work I drank another bottle of water. Throughout the day I had a bowl of oatmeal, 32oz fresh pressed juice that I made (carrots, beets, gala apples, and golden apples). I also had about 16oz of a watermelon fruit smoothie. By the time I was done with my eight hour shift I had finished my one gallon of water goal.
I voted when I got off work then came home to get ready to go to the gym. I made a declaration to do 4(25) ab carvs everyday before I go to the gym. Once I finished I made a peanut butter and banana smoothie before going to the gym. Now that I got that in my system I’m amped up and ready to go. Of course you know I packed my green tea with me.
I get to the gym to workout on biceps and triceps. Everything is 4(25) SUPERSETS!????
- Isolated Concentrated dumbbell bicep curls
- Dumbell tricep extensions
- Reverse press downs with bar
- Ez bar curls
- Overhead barbell tricep extensions
- Concentrated preacher ez bar preacher curls
- Isolated bicep curls (machine)
- Isolated tricep extensions (machine)
- 10 min elliptical
- 1 mil run
That run mile run was pathetic lol. My stomach started cramping because I had to take a #2. They call that runners gut. I wanted to get 2 miles in but hey, sh!t happens. No pun intended.
Post workout meal
- Smoked chicken
- Mixed peppers & veggies
- Quinoa (my new fav!)

Well that’s it! A full day of eating and working out for me. I have to meal prep this same meal again fkenthenrxr few days. I’m thinking of showing you how by going live on periscope.
