I’M TIRED OF EATING
You ever eat so much you think to yourself, “I’M TIRED OF EATING.” If you haven’t then you’re lucky. I’ve been that way a few times. Well, more than I want to admit.
I go through these spells when I’m constantly eating. Mainly late at night. When I say late, it’s usually around 6/7. Due to my work schedule, and my workout schedule, this is when I have time to sit down, eat, catch up on emails, etc.
I eat my meal, then after about 30/40 mins, I’m hungry again. Now maybe this is because I’ve just gotten back from the gym, and on top of that, I’ve been drinking water and juices throughout the day. I try to get my 1 gallon of water in by noon. Either way, I’m ready to eat again. So I do. I find something to eat. I try and make the right/healthy choice. 90% of the time I do.
I go to bed full, and wake up full. I start my morning off with 16oz of water, and will continue drinking 16oz over hour until I have consumed 8 bottles. With that being said, I’m constantly full, but at the same time I want more. Then I eat, and I’m like ok, I’m full. Im super full. When will this end. I know if I don’t eat, soon as I go to start my workout, I get hungry. When I get hungry, I get weak. I can’t get weak while working out.
How do I get over this? I don’t know. It’s just something I wanted to share with you and get your insight on.
