DISABLED COMMENTS, PLEASE HELP!
I am terribly sorry that you may not have been able to comment on my posts if you’re using the Word Press app.
I’ve contacted customer support and they told me since my site is self hosted I should contact who’s hosting it. That made no sense to me but I did it anyway. Everything was good with them on their end so I’m back to square one. I’ve been trying to contact WP Customer Service again and have yet to hear anything back from them.
I don’t recall ever disabling that option. I checked my settings within the app as well as desktop and the options for visitors to comments are enabled. When I ask fellow WP App users if they could see the comment option on my post they inform me it’s not there.
When my blog first launched and months after, people were commenting left and right. Just over these past few months they’ve dropped. Visitors are still able to comment if they’re using their web browser. However they’re not able to comment when using the WP APP.
This frustrates me because I love to read your feedback. Having comments disabled is not what I want. It makes my blog looks stale if no one is engaging with me.
I just want to let you all know that I did not disable comments on the WP APP. If anyone has a solution for me, please let me know.
