It’s the first full week into the new year and I did ok far as my diet all the way up until last night. I’ve been back running this week and making some good times. Last night though, I had to have some chocolate. I got some chocolate covered almonds and destroyed them. I guess you would call it my cheat meal. I had some soft pretzels with scrambled sausage & melted cheese last night as well. I don’t know how I came up with that combo but it worked. #NoRagrets (Every time I write that out I laugh because I think of that movie. I can’t think of the name.)
I took down an entire box of Raisin Bran crunch within 24 hours. A bowl or two before my workouts with some almond milk is the best thing on earth. When that fiber kicks in a few hours later…I feel sorry for anyone who is behind me. Hold your nose! lol
I’ve had this salad from my local Hyvee grocery store almost every day this week after my workouts. They’re $7 and you can load up whatever you want on them. It’s mainly veggies but I add some bacon, cheese, and eggs. I have a food review video I’ve shot already so be on the look out for it. I may go get one today just because.
