IN THE ZONE

I hope you’re having a successful day so far!  Today marks Day 18 of my no solid food intake fast.  My intake is fresh pressed juices, smoothies, tea, water, soups, and peanut butter.  Don’t make me defend my peanut butter now.  I’m IN THE ZONE.  When I’m in the zone, my mind has better clarity.  I feel better, I feel stronger, I feel like I can’t be stopped right now.  To be honest I have not had any cravings for anything solid.  That’s unusual for me.  Normally I would be craving for something by now but I haven’t.  Each time I do these fasts I get stronger and I learn something more about myself.

If I want to take my body to the next level of more definition, then I’m going to have to start disciplining myself a lot more than I was.  That’s what I told myself 19 days ago before I started this fast.  I’ve stuck to it.  People think I’m weak since my fuel is liquids and I drop weight.  What they fail to realize is, my mind is stronger.  Once your mind is strong you’re able to control your body.  With control comes strength.

To be honest, any major lift or long distance runs have been when I’ve been on these juice fasts.  I’m at the strongest I’ve been since the weight loss.  I’ve linked some videos from my instagram page to show you some of my accomplishments over these fast few weeks.  DON’T FORGET TO FOLLOW ME!

My next goal is to complete 60 minutes on the stair climber!  The longest I’ve done was half of that so I just have to mentally wrap the other 30 around my mind.  I got this.  After 30 minutes on that machine I am drenched in sweat.  I can only imagine what it’ll be after 60.  So yeah, I’m zoning out right now.  I’m really focused.  I’m in a happy place mentally and physically.  I really have the desire to be in tip top shape.  I am going to stay strong and see this thing through.  #SuccessIsGolden
