Today I will be working on my chest and back. I will be super setting these exercises. Super setting is the act of working out the opposing muscle as one rests. That’s the best I can word it for you. Here’s a better explanation. SUPERSETS
After each set with one exercise, I immediately go to the next back exercise until I complete the reps/set.

Christian I think you are doing too much reps! I always change my workout and 3 different exercise 10 or 15 times X 3 times! Fast! Fast! I dont take rest time! And after doing 6 weight exercise Ill switch to some Tabata!!! ?
You can never do too many reps. I’ve seen great results with this method. It’s all about what your body responds too best. I d read a bit on Tabata. I may try it out one day.
