Here we are. Another week has gone by. How was yours? Mine was better than last week. Each week has gotten better. I’ve been staying on point with my nutrition. I haven’t been tracking macros & etc but I’ve been noticing victories besides the scale.
This week my diet has consisted of 32 oz of fresh presses juices a day. I juiced earlier this week. Beets, Carrots, Gala Apples & Pineapple. My meal prep was 8oz baked salmon, California veggies and 3 boiled eggs. Video coming soon!!! My water intake hasn’t been what it should be. I get to the point where I’m so full I don’t feel like drinking anything. Yes it’s one meal a day. I’m not doing it intentionally it’s just I’m learning to listen to my body when I’m full as opposed to constantly stuffing my face.
My workouts have been good. All week I’ve been doing a full body workout. Hitting each muscle group, 4 sets for 25 reps with a good amount of weight. I haven’t been running as much as I did last week. I don’t like when that happens. I like to have an even balance of cardio and weights. Oh the chase!!!
Mentally I’ve been, let’s say, not all the way there. I’ve been taking my frustrations out on the weights. Like I said, I’ve noticed some improvements. My shirts are fitting better and I have zero pain in my feet when I walk.
Going into this new week I plan to run before lifting weights. Running always helps me lean out. I was up to three miles a day. I will make sure I get back to that as well as full body workout again.
