I’ve had a sweet tooth for the last week and I’ve given into it. What more can I say? I bought this post Easter candy for my nephew and nieces since it was on sale. They’ve yet to come over though. RIP to those chocolate covered almonds, Reese’s & the jellybeans. Well I still have some jellybeans & tootsie pops left. I did give away 4 out of 5 of the Reese’s, 1 bag of jelly beans and 1 bag of the tootsie pops. Whew! I had to get that off my chest.
I’m addicted to peppermint oil. This stuff is amazing. Most mornings I crack open the bottle and put it right to my nostrils and inhale. A little Coke-headish but it’s like a smelling salt for me. It wakes me up and my eyes are wide open right after that. If I inhale too hard it’s a slight burn to the back of my head but after a minute or two it goes away. My friends think I’m crazy. I don’t need an intervention. Let me live my life lol.
I’ve hit the gym about 3 days since Monday. They were all half-hearted workouts. I’m more of a 5-6 workout days type of guy. I’ve been avoiding leg day because I want to be able to walk the next day. I’m going to go ahead and stop being a punk and get it over with today. My work schedule has changed and it is throwing my entire life off. I hate when my workout schedule gets altered. I’ll just have to roll with the punches &

I know what you mean about having your work schedule change. I was on vacation, and now I’m working the weekend! I need to get back on track with my workouts.
