By the time you read this I will be on Day 14 of my no solid/ all liquid fast. If you consider Peanut Butter as a solid then so be it. The info that I did find out about it, is that its considered a “spread”. Things have to be solid to an extent in order to hold its form as a spread. I do eat this on top of the liquids I’m in taking. I’ve been doing pretty good.
