FRIDAY MORNING WORKOUT


I hope you’re having successful day. Just wanted to check in with you and share my workout that I did this morning.

I got to the gym at 7am. I love when I get to the gym this early. It’s peaceful. You have your choice of any equipment. People are more relaxed. I see some people I normally see when I get there early. They give me the signature “what’s up” head nod. I feel at home.

I started off with high cable Wood Choppers (core exercise) 4(25) each side. I will make a video on this soon. After those I did lower cable Wood Choppers 4(25). I normally do core workouts at home but I knew if I would have done them before I went to the gym this morning, I would have been procrastinating. I would have made it to the gym. This took me about 20 mins to complete.

I move to the elliptical machine. Incline on 100%, resistance level 15. By the time I was done I was on level 20. I love the elliptical. I spent 30 mins on that bad boy. Worked up a good sweat. I move over to the stair climber for 30 minutes.

The stair climber challenges me every time, which I love. How’d I get past one hour of cardio? I watched one of my favorite shows, Arrow. This season is good. It’s a bit darker than last season.

Before I worked out I had 32oz of water & 16oz of fresh juice I juiced last night.

Spinach
Cucumber
Pink lady apples
Celery

To be honest I’m not sure if that’s the exact combo but close enough lol. I didn’t label it. It was good though. Once I was finished with cardio I replenished myself with some loose leaf green tea. This is something new I wanted to try. I brewed it yesterday. It was green tea with mint. The taste has some getting use to. Post workout I had a watermelon fruit smoothie which I added fresh spinach. I chased that down with 32oz of water. This is, I believe Day 21 or 22 of my fast. I have to recount my days lol.
