NO WEIGHTS, JUST CARDIO
Tonight’s workout was all cardio. I got to the gym later than normal today. My pre workout meal was two bowls of Raisin Bran crunch.
I ate that because I thought I was going to lift weights along with cardio. When I walked into the gym knew I wasn’t going to lift weights.
I started off with 20 minutes of stationary bike riding. Nothing too strenuous. I moved over to the treadmill to run 20 mins. I’ve been back on my run game this week. Every day I’m getting better. My legs were tight tonight while running. I didn’t stretch before hand.
After my run was complete I did 10 mins on the elliptical then 10 mins on the stair climber.
That was my workout for the evening. Now it’s time to meal prep! Let me know how your day was.
