What you will need – WOD TABATA TRAINER APP

Set the TABATA timer as follows
12- Rounds
:30- Work
:10 Rest
You will be performing 4 exercises
1. TRX Chest Press
2. TRX Tricep Extension
3. TRX Rows
4. TRX Bicep Curls
You will superset these exercises in order. After your 4th exercise, you will rotate to the first. You will repeat this series of 4 exercises a total of 3 rounds.
Try this out for a great HIIT workout.
