What you will need – WOD TABATA TRAINER APP

Set the TABATA timer as follows
12- Rounds
:30- Work
:10 Rest
You will be performing 4 exercises
1. TRX Chest Press
2. TRX Tricep Extension
3. TRX Rows
4. TRX Bicep Curls
You will superset these exercises in order. Â After your 4th exercise, you will rotate to the first. Â You will repeat this series of 4 exercises a total of 3 rounds.
Try this out for a great HIIT workout.
