I believe it was Wednesday when I last hit the gym. It was leg day. I decided to do walking my barbell lunges and reverse hack squats along with a 3 mile run. Not a smart idea because I could barely walk for the next few days. I haven’t been back to the gym since. I’m good today and will hit legs again Tuesday with the same routine. #ISYMFS
My sleep pattern has been thrown off and it’s because I’ve been eating like crap. I am a stres eater I’ve discovered. The moment my mind goes into overdrive, I eat.
Today is Day 1 of my juice fast/ no solids. Yup I’m embarking on another one. I have a major opportunity coming up in the next few months and I want to be in tip top shape. Incentives I get closer to the date of the opportunity I will fill you all in. I might go Kanye in a few days but the first three days are the toughest.
