MORNING WORKOUT- 1 YEAR STATS
I was so happy to have a day off of work. I hit the gym soon as I woke up and got ready. I started off with 16oz for fresh press juiced. I have the recipe if you CLICK HERE.

I was so happy to get this done. You have no idea how great I felt with this morning workout. It took a real effort to make sure I got out the house before I started working on videos and my blog. I was like GET YO BUTT OUT THE HOUSE AND GO WORKOUT!!! I feel so much better that I did.
My post workout meal was my PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE. I added some instant coffee and chocolate powder. It was the best! I then shot tomorrows #ThursdayThoughts video. Now I’m here writing this blog.
Below are my stats from my blog for 1 year. I have no problem with showing you all my stats and where I’m getting traffic from. Majority of my views come from Facebook. I would think it would be Twitter because I have more followers on there but hey, it is what it is. I tried to boosts some posts on Facebook to extend my crowd but because of my name ChristiansWeightSuccess.net, they reject it because I they say it gives people false hope. Like I’m selling a false product. My before and after pictures are misleading. I’m like what type of sh*t is that.
This is why I’m always asking you all to share my content. My goal is to inspire the world. I’m doing what I can with what I got. It’s all good though. I’ll find my way to spread my message one way or another. Thank you all for your support!
