You may have a sweet tooth that you cannot curve for the life of you. I have a perfect solution. It is sweet and tasty treat that you can have as much as your heart desires.
It’s my Watermelon Fruit Smoothie!
This is made with a combination of fresh fruit and watermelon juice.
Don’t worry I have written a step-by-step recipe for you to follow.
It is important that you stick to fresh fruit, not frozen or canned for this recipe. I know certain situations will present itself due to some items being out of season, out of stock, or the price may not agree with your wallet but the taste of fresh fruit gives it an unmatched taste. From start to finish this should take you 30-45 minutes to prepare. I have provided the video tutorial at the end of this post.
This is what you will need to Prep for the Watermelon Fruit Smoothie
1 whole- Watermelon
1 box – quart sized freezer bags
1- Papaya
1- Pineapple
1 bag- Red Grapes
2 bunches- Bananas
1 container- Strawberries
1 container- Blueberries
1 container- Raspberries
1 container- BlackBerries
STEP 1
Rinse off all your fruit thoroughly.
Step 2
Begin with the Papaya
Cut it open and removed the seeds. Cut into strips and remove the skin. Cut into bite size chunks and set in your sink.
Step 3
Take your Pineapple and cut the outer skin. Once the skin is removed you can begin to cut into bite size chunks. Place in your sink when you’re done.
Step 4
Remove the Red Grapes from its vine and place in your sink.
Step 5
Take the Bananas, remove the peel then slice into bite size chunks. Place into the sink.
Step 6
Take your Strawberries and remove the tops then cut them in half.
Place them into the sink
Step 7
Now take the remaining Blackberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries and dump them into the sink with the rest of the fruit you have to cut up.
Step 8
Starting from the bottom, mix the fruit mixture with a big mixing spoon, right in the sink until everything is evenly blended together.
Step 9
Once you have completed this you can now fill your quart sized freezer bags with the mixed fruit. Once your bags are filled, label and date them. This way you can keep track of how often you use them. Now that you have your fruit bagged up, store them in the freezer until it’s time for your smoothie.
