Here’s my video recipe on

HOW TO MAKE MY SMOKED CHICKEN SALAD

 

 

  1. Smoked Chicken Breast (diced)
    1. Smoked for 3 hours with Hickory Wood Chunks
      1. Seasoned with
        1. olive oil
        2. garlic powder
        3. onion powder
        4. paprika
        5. kosher salt
        6. chilli powder
        7. ground cumin
        8. white & brown sugar
        9. black & ground jalepeno pepper powder
  2. Diced Celery
  3. Chopped Boiled Eggs
  4. Red Onions
  5. Unsalted Whole Cashews
  6. Dried Cherries
  7. Dill Relish
  8. French’s Yellow Mustard
  9. Miracle Whip
  10. Yum-Yum Sauce
