11 FACTS ABOUT MYSELF
- My favorite color is red
- My favorite basketball team is the Los Angeles Lakers
- I love working out
- I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen
- My pet peeve is people who stink. It really irks me
- I get angry when ignored from a business stand point. If I send you an inquiry/request, I expect a response within 48 hours.
- I rarely watch cable tv. I just use the Netflix and Youtube app on my PS4.
- Speaking of my PS4, I love to play strategy / espionage games. I just don’t have the time to play them like I use to
- I’m horrible with names but good with faces. The moment someone tells me their name when they introduce themselves I immediately blank out. I’m trying to get better.
- I am a hermit at heart. I do like staying indoors.
- I make my own back ground music to the videos that I shoot for my website/youtube channel.

- Why did you start blogging?- I started blogging because so many people have asked me how I lost weight and how am I maintaining life after the weight loss. My blog provides the answers for both of those questions. People have also asked for help losing weight and I provide that for them as well.
- What is a place that you’ve always wanted to go in this entire world?- I have 2. I want to go to Africa. 2, I have a fascination for islands, so I would want to visit as many as I can.
- What is your favorite movie?- Eddie Murphy’s COMING TO AMERICA
- If you could have dinner with any person in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?- King Solomon
- What is your favorite quote?- “Don’t settle for less because you’ll get less than what you settled for.”- Me
- Who/What inspires you to keep going everyday?- People write me every day letting me know how my story has inspired them. How my continued work at keeping the weight off keeps them going. That is what keeps me going.
- Do you have any special talents?- my Will Power.
- What style of music do you listen too?- When I do listen to music I’m working out so anything that can keep me amped up during the workout I’m all for it.
- If you have 24 hours to live what would you do to fulfill your last day on earth?- I don’t like thinking about death so I can’t answer this question.
- What is your favorite food?- It’s between the fried coconut shrimp from Pappadeux or a deep dish pizza from Lou Malnatis
- What is your favorite blog post to date and Why?- STOP BEING A WHORE It’s because I go thru it, and everyone else does too. Good click bait too.

Lol @ beating you to the punch. Yes, people who stink get on my nerves. This is America, we have access to excess so why do you smell bad?? Lol. Go in the store and spray some tester cologne on and walk out lol. So yeah that’s a pet peeve.

Hahah! omg! I may use your quote about stinking people on my facebook.. might offend someone.. then I can tell who walks around and stinks :P:P I am kidding, I am not that horrible ON SATURDAYS, lol. I may even take your idea and spray some perfume on and walk out the store.. hahahahahaha!! I am on favorite blogger status! :P:P woot woot. I won’t go telling your other supporters, wouldn’t want to be torched! I wish I had more too, but the fitness people getting the subs are the ones who are sharing “tricks” and stuff that isn’t as necessary, I like keeping mine simple and to the point when it comes to exercise.. I don’t need to do a handstand on the roof of my house while holding a dumbbell in one hand as I am blindfolded 😛 Yes it is that dramatic. My professor was telling me “tricks will fade out because people will start to realize .. it isn’t worth it”. Not to mention, I am half sick of people who are false advertising on Youtube .. just because you are a fitness model, does not make you qualified in personal training 😛 My rant is endless 😀 but what do I know..absolutely nothing, shhh 🙂
