INTERNATIONAL CHEST DAY : HIGH VOLUME WORKOUT
Every Monday is International Chest Day! I’ve been looking forward to this day since my last Chest Day. Today I did super sets with triceps. Last week I did three different Chest and Tricep exercises. I decided to up the ante and add one more. By the time I started the fourth exercise my arms were shot but I pressed through.
I finished today’s workout with some light cardio. Yesterday was leg day and I felt my legs getting tight soon as I got on the elliptical. I hope you enjoy this workout.
