CHEST +TRICEP + CARDIO FULL WORKOUT
Todays workout will consist of working on my Chest then super setting it with Tricep work. I have written the workout for you below. These are ascending and descending sets. I ended the weight training with cardio. I’m trying something new with the stair climber.
I would like you to give this workout a try. You don’t have to use the same amount of weight that I used. You have to use weights that are moderately comfortable for you for those amount of reps and sets. As I’m writing this my triceps are tight and sore.
