CHANGES ARE COMING

I hope you’re having a successful day. There has been a lot on my mind lately. Change. Changes are coming to this blog in the future. All for the good. I feel like the people who are subscribed to this blog are no different than the people who just come randomly and scroll. I do not believe that is fair to the ones who have been supporting me from the beginning and trusted me with their email addresses to sign up/subscribe to this blog.

These past few weeks I have been debating with myself on what changes I needed to make with this blog. I want to thank everyone for their support thus far. This blogging world is what you make it. I now have time to focus on the direction I want this blog to go in the future. I join blog groups on various social media sites and ask the members how their traffic is. Put it like this, I”m falling way behind for what I know I have and where I want to be. I take sole blame for this. No need to cry about it. The question that need answering is what am I going to do about it now.

I plan to convert this blog to a sign in/membership site over the next few weeks. In my heart, I plan for it to be FREE! In return the visitors will have to enter their email address to sign up for my newsletter and thats how they will gain access to this blog. Once again, my content will remain free if I can help it. All of the video tutorials and blog posts, old and new, I plan to keep them free.

I’ve been blogging for over a year and I’m having fun expressing myself. I’ve had a lot of great opportunities arise from this. I met, and helped a lot of people as well. I believe the people who have been here since day one need to be separated from the newbies. I’m all for growth but I want to make it fair for everyone to gain access to the information I provide. I want each person that visits this site to feel special and part of my world. I don’t believe I’ve done a great job at ensuring that by leaving everything so open.

That last sentence I don’t know if I agree with that 100%. I’m just writing off the top of my head. One thing I am sure about is I want you, the reader, the visitor to feel special by being a part of my world. I want to be closer with you all. Hopefully the membership access will help me accomplish that.

I’m not sure when this change will take place. Hopefully in the next few weeks. I owe you that much to let you know ahead of time. Thank you for taking time to read this. I feel better now.
