I’D LIKE TO APOLOGIZE FOR MY MIS-REPRESENTATION OF WHAT WEIGHT LOSS IS.

I’VE BEEN GUILTY OF OF PRESENTING ONLY ONE VIEW OF WEIGHT LOSS, AS IF THAT IS THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO DO TO LOSE WEIGHT.

THAT’S THE FURTHEST THINGS FROM THE TRUTH.
YES I POST OF A LOT “WORKOUT” VIDEOS, BECAUSE I PROVIDE PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES.
THAT VISUALIZATION, OF WORKING OUT, I’VE USED IN MY TRANSFORMATION VIDEO YEARS AGO, AND I’VE BEEN SEEING IT AS WELL IN OTHERS.
THIS CAN GIVE FALSE REPRESENTATION AS IF THAT’S THE ONLY THING I DID, OR THE OTHER PERSON DID TO LOSE WEIGHT, IS WORKOUT.
IN THE WORDS OF MAURI “THAT’S A LIE”
IT WAS MY NUTRITION THAT PLAYED A BIGGER IF NOT THEE BIGGEST ROLE IN MY WEIGHT LOSS TRANSFORMATION.
THAT IS NOT HIGHLIGHTED ENOUGH BUT I FEEL WHEN IT IS, IT GET’S IGNORED. I AM GUILTY OF THAT AS WELL
THIS NOTION THAT IF I WORKOUT LIKE AN ATHLETE THAT I NEVER WAS, THAT’S ALL I GOTTA DO TO REACH MY DESIRED PHYSIQUE. “THAT’S A LIE”
I CHANGED MY DIET FOR 60 DAYS STRAIGHT AND THAT IS WHAT CAUSED ME TO LOSE WEIGHT. I HAVE ALWAYS WORKED OUT, BUT NEVER REACHED THE PHYSIQUE I WANTED UNTIL I CHANGED MY PLATE.
THE MORAL OF THIS POST, IS FOCUS ON YOUR NUTRITION AND DON’T GET CAUGHT UP IN THESE WORKOUT VIDEOS, EVEN MINE, AS IF THAT’S ALL YOU HAVE TO DO TO LOSE WEIGHT.
SEEK HELP IN THE NUTRITION FIELD FIRST IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT DROPPING WEIGHT!
