I haven’t deadlifted since I deadlifted 405lbs. I really need to start back. No pun intended. They make me so sleepy tho.

This will be Day 6 of my 60 day fast. I’m trying to follow my notes on what I did a few years ago during my first 60 days. I admit, it’s tougher than I thought. Recreating juices is the tough part because some stuff im just not doing lol. The workouts I can follow. The documenting is challenging but not impossible.
I didn’t post anything for #ThursdayThoughts, mainly because I didn’t feel like it. I could have put something together but it woulda been a crock of crap. Hopefully this Thursday I’ll be more prepared.
Yes I have an addiction. I love to get high. Lol
