As you can see by the picture above, doughnuts are the first on the list of many indulgences I’ve been involved with of late. When that light is on at Krispy Kreme, I don’t even fight the temptation. I own it. I do not feel guilty at all. I enjoyed myself.

I was excited to find the coast to coast am podcast. If you’re not familiar with it, it’s a radio show discussing government conspiracies as well as paranormal & alien activity. I use to listen to it a lot about ten years ago. I have a lot of catching up to do.

Just as well as listening to that podcast,
I listen to Alex Jones to catch up on current events. After listening to an episode I realize I have to get my conceal & carry registration. The world is getting crazier by the day.

Welp here we are again. I have to start prepping myself for something I’ll let you know about in about a month. Therefore I am on a juice fast until then. My Day 1 is today. When I announce this, it makes it real for me. It’s on!
