This is my first #SundayConfessions in a month. I took a month off from posting because I was bogged down. I always debate whether or not to continue these but I still feel the urge to post them. It’s always one person that will write and say they enjoy them so that’s what keeps me going.
I’ve been slacking in a lot of areas in my life lately. Mentally I’m scrambled. I’ve been trying to keep up with a lot. The gym is my escape but I feel a Kanye moment coming soon. I’m trying to hold back but it may be inevitable.
I’m going to out in an effort to blog more. When I say blog I mean “write/post”. I do have a lot on my mind and I do not it down. When I come back to my notes I’m looking at them like, “wth was I thinking.” It reminds me of this song by Nas called “MY BOOK OF RHYMES”
I’m going to rededicate myself to running for my cardio routine. I believe this is why I feel bottled up. Nothing alleviates my stress no better than running. It’s just something about it that if you’re a runner, you understand. My work schedule makes it difficult to run in the morning which I love. I work out in the afternoons and by that time, mentally I’m all over the place. Then I’m like screw it, I’ll just ride the bike for a few minutes.
The king sized are better though. These have the mini Reese’s pieces. The king sized have the normal Reese’s pieces. You all know how much I love peanut butter.
