Let’s see where to start, there’s so much. Ummm…I have not been doing The Lords will far as my diet as of late. It pains me to admit it. My sweet tooth has been in full over drive and I’ve given in to it. Next week will hopefully be better, but good God Almighty…I’ve been on a sweet tooth spree this week. I start my day off good, then towards the end of the day, it gets crazy. I take full responsibility.
I’ve looked at blogging from the wrong eyes for a while. I thought you were to post like once you had something major to talk about but that’s not the case. I’ve making it a point to take my thoughts I would post on other social networks, to make them exclusively to my blog. I can’t believe I’ve been doing it all wrong this time. I thank my fellow bloggers for showing me the way. Shout out to my buddy Shay-Lon for this, as well as other bloggers that post daily.
I usually workout on the same body parts twice a week. Mon & Thurs is Chest & Arms (as an example), but all week I had been avoiding leg day. I don’t know why but I just didn’t feel like doing them. I did get to them yesterday, but my attitude about it wasn’t the best.
I’m going to revamp my mailing list/newsletter. Due to low open rates, I’m going to send them once a week. This will alleviate pressure on me to keep doing the same stuff over and over again. I appreciate all who have signed up to my newsletter. I just don’t want to bombard your inbox with multiple emails. I’m still learning about how to handle all of this stuff as I go.
