Today is my day off of work but going into today I knew that I had a lot that I wanted to get done.  Do I ever really get a rest day??

I woke up around 830 this morning and I did not start my day off with a bottle of water like I am used to.  I will admit on the weekends I do slack on my water intake.  I was looking scruffy so I took time for myself and shaved which felt a lot better ?

I then went to edit a video that I shot a few days ago so if you want to see that video then please go to my Google plus page to vote for that video to be posted on Monday for the video of the week.

I then moved on to check some emails and respond to my clients.  After that I start getting myself ready to go to the gym. Today is leg day and I’ve been avoiding this day all week.  I now have one full bottle of water and one full bottle of fresh pressed juice. It’s my last one so I have to go to the store later to gather some produce to juice later on tonight.  I do a few leg exercises in my room with my resistant bands.  I will also have to shoot a video for that since I have yet to show you that.  I get to the gym and I knock out cardio first. Here is my full workout routine.

CARDIO

  • 10 MINS ELLIPTICAL- 100% INCLINE RESISTANCE LEVEL 15
  • 10 MIN TREADMILL RUN (1 mile 9:40…ALMOST AT 9:30 ?)
  • 10 MIN STATIONARY BIKE- 2 MILES
  • 10 MIN STAIR CLIMBER- LEVEL 8
  • 20 MIN INCLINE SPEED WALK.
    • 10% INCLINE 3.0 SPEED FIRST 10 MINS
    • 3.5 SPEED AFTER 10 MINS

WEIGHTS- LEG DAY

  • 4(25) REVERSE HACK SQUATS
  • 4(25)- LEG PRESSES
  • 2(50)- HIP ADDUCTORS
  • 2(50)- HIP ABDUCTORS
  • 2(50)- STANDING CALV RAISES

Workout is over with and I feel pretty good.  I know I’ll make my way to the grocery store to pick up a few items.  I also remember that I have to make some green tea so I can gather the items needed for that.  My new favorite thing to munch on at night is frozen red grapes so I make sure I got a bag of those.  I’ve been wanting to try this PB crave that you see below. You all know how I love peanut butter so anything that has peanut butter in it, I have to try it.  I did shoot a video for this and I will have this video posted very soon.  Well it will be up to you guys to vote on it once I finish it.


I’ve worked up an appetite from moving around all day so I decided to stop by Jimmy John’s.  BTW this is my first meal of the day & it’s around 5pm.   I haven’t had a sandwich in a long time.  I try to stay away from bread because I hate the way it makes me feel when I’m running but I love the bread from Jimmy John’s.  This is a number 11. It has lettuce, tomato, mayo, (I added avocado spread which they barely put any on for an extra dollar) turkey and ham.  I’ve been eating chicken and quinoa all week so I just wanted something different.

Well that’s my day in a nutshell.  I’m getting ready to start making this green tea and juice.  I’m really not in the mood to juice so I’m thinking I may do that tomorrow.  I want to relax the rest of the night.  Watch some YouTube videos or black mirror on Netflix.  Please let me know how your day has been so far.
