HOW TO MAKE BEEF BONE BROTH
Today I will be showing you how to make beef bone broth. It’s fairly easy to make. It just takes a while for the final product. I have been making beef bone broth for about a year now. This is something that i have been wanting to post and share with you all for quite some time.
There are many benefits to consuming bone broth. I am still learning after a year of consuming it. I have provided a video tutorial on how I make it. I have provided video tutorials below my video, on the origins of it, and the many benefits of consuming it. Some of the benefits are replenishing cartilage in your bones. Great for gut health. Also great for your skin, hair, and nails.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- FEMUR BONE FROM A COW (MAKE SURE ITS GRASS FED. YOU WANT EVERYTHING TO CONTAIN LITTLE TO NO ADDITIVES AS POSSIBLE)
- YOU CAN ASK THE BUTCHER TO CUT THE BONE IN QUARTERS.
- BEEF KNUCKLE BONE(S)
- 3 WHOLE CARROTS- SLICED
- 1/2 OF A RED ONION SLICED
- 1/2 BULB OF FRESH GARLIC
- 1 QUARTERED FRESH TOMATO
- 3 CELERY RIBS CHOPPED
- 1/4 CUP OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1 BUNCH FRESH PARSLEY
- 3-4 BAY LEAVES
- FRESH ROSEMARY
- FRESH THYME
- 1 TEASPOON OF GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 1 TEASPOON OF KOSHER SALT
- 1/8 TEASPOON OF CAYENNE PEPPER
- 3 BOTTLES OF WATER
- CROCK POT
