Full Recipe Below!
What You Will Need
– 8 Italian sausage
– 1 head of green cabbage
– 1 stick of Kerry gold butter
– 2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper
– 2 tablespoons of kosher salt
– 1 tablespoon black pepper
– 1 green onion sliced
Preheat over to 375
Place sausage on foiled cookie sheet
Baked 20-30 mins
Place Wok on medium high
Melt 1/2 stick of butter in the wok
Rinse & chop cabbage
Place cabbage in wok
Add seasonings & remaining butter
Cook 15-20 mins
Check & toss every few minutes
Remove sausage from oven
Rest 5 minutes
Slice Sausage
Add sliced onions & sliced sausage to cabbage
Serve & Enjoy!
