I had been eyeing GoPro’s for a few months. For those who do not know what a GoPro is, it is a camera. Used to capture some of the best action shots around. I had no clue on how I was going to be able to get one. I kept telling myself everyday I was going to get it. Eventually I was blessed to have a door of opportunity to open and I was able to get it. That’s the power of positively speaking things into existence.

I picked this GoPro Hero (yes you gotta say HERO lol) + LCD because I need to review my recordings in real-time. I was informed prior to getting it, that the models without the LCD you could review your recordings/shots in real-time via the GoPro app. It has its own WiFi capabilities that allow it to be paired with your phone so you can see what the GoPro see’s in real-time. I just didn’t trust it. If I was going to spend the money I would have rather it been everything I could get. I couldn’t imaging shooting without being able to see right there what I was shooting. I’ve never done that.

I purchased it at Best Buy for $300. I had to buy an SD Memory card to store the data which was a few extra dollars. The final price with tax was $351. This was my birthday gift to myself when I purchased it December 2015. As you get older you have to start buying gifts for yourself as opposed to others giving lol. Just one of the perks you get with maturity. I am very satisfied with my GoPro. Just like gadget you purchase these days, you’ll spend most of your money on the accessories. Some items I’ve gone on eBay to get, some I have to purchase from Best Buy. I’ve purchased two tripods and a “chest mount” accessory piece. I may get the helmet. I’m still debating that lol.
