DAY 70 OF MY JUICE FAST
NO SOLIDS

This is the longest I’ve gone on any type of fast. Â Wow, 70 days! Â Anything past 60 days are new records for me.
Today I feel great. Â It’s amazing what a good nights rest can do for you. Â Mentally I’m in a good space. Â I still don’t know how long I am going to keep this up.
What I fear is this. Â When I eat something solid, my body is going to retain and my weight (scale wise) will jump. Â I am not where I want to be on the scale just yet. Â I am in this crazy position where I feel I am not down enough in my weight to be cleared to eat. Â I question why my weight hasn’t dropped in almost 20 days. Â I’m trying to keep my cool and not snap out lol. Â It could be too many PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIES, or smoothies in general. Â It could be lack of full 7-8 hours of sleep a day. Â I’m still trying to figure this all out. Â I’m keeping my cool….for now.
Today I started my day with 6 bottles of water over a 2 hour period. Â 32oz of juice and some BEEF BONE BROTH. Â I had a WATERMELON FRUIT SMOOTHIEÂ about an hour before I hit the gym. Â I love my pre workout drink. Â GREEN TEAÂ and instant coffee. Â That combo has me jumping off the walls. Â It gives me so much energy.
Today was chest and tricep day at the gym. Â I finished the day off with 40 mins of cardio. Â 20 mins on the elliptical & 20 on the stairclimber. Â I’m getting stronger as you can tell by the video below. Â Even though it’s the smith machine I still count it as 315lbs (NEW PR!). Â I’m really testing my strength on how much my body can take with the fuel I give it on this fast.

As you can see in the picture above my body is leaning out. Â I’m always self conscious about my loose skin. Â I’m in a constant debate with myself on what’s fat or what’s loose skin in regards to my actual weight. Â With that being the question/debate I battle with, I went to Complete Nutrition after my workout. Â I wanted to get an analysis on my body fat and muscle composition. Â This will be my next video that I’ll release Monday 9-18-16 (I’m going to dedicate Mondays to new videos. Once a week, you’ll get new videos). Â I walked away more informed. Â I learned some new things about my body that I didn’t know. Â All good news though.
Im just learning to be happy where I am and counting the non scale victories. Â Being able to fit into a medium size shirt and not have my stomach sticking out is one. Â That new pr on the incline bench press as you viewed above is another. Â One thing I want you to take from this is learn how to be happy through your journey. Â Always strive for greatness and improvements but most of all, be happy.

- Oranges- 1 bag
- Green Cabbage- 1 head
- Green bell peppers-3
- Red apples- 1 bag
- Plums- 1 bag
- Celery- 1 stalk
- Beets- 2
- Red chard- 1 bunch
- Tomatoes-3
WATERMELON JUICE (I’m freezing these because I already have 2 quarts in my fridge that I have to use)
