The “Gym” is just a place to go to that I believe is essential in getting in shape. It is NOT the only place where you can go to do it at. Your gym is at home 1st! I will show you some workouts you can do from home. You may not have a gym membership or you may have one but some days you just don’t feel like going. I have some fun workouts you can do in the privacy of your home.
