One of the most effective at home dumbbell chest workouts is the dumbbell chest fly.
I use this exercise to build a bigger chest. It also helps stretch the pectoral muscles in what most call/ consider the upper shelf.
You do not have to use heavy dumbbells for this exercise to be effective.
When you are at home, executing this exercise, it’s important to start with light dumbbells then work your way up each set.
I love high volume, and high reps.
Try 5 sets of 15 and progressive overload by 5-10 pounds after each set.
