This is the last #SundayConfessions of the month. This month has flew by. Time is going by faster it seems. Without further or due, here are my #SundayConfessions
I haven’t used my ab ball in lord knows when. I’ve been slacking on my core workouts over all. I go through my phases where I focus on them one week then the next I slack off. I see some of my loose skin and be like what’s the point lol. Then other times I’m like I don’t care I’ll make it work.
I took a 15 minute nap yesterday and it felt like I slept for 12 hours. I woke up disorientated in a panic thinking I was an hour and half late to work. It’s amazing how quick you can do math in your head when it comes to calculating how much sleep you got or didn’t get soon as you wake up ?. After two minutes I realized it was still Saturday. That was trippy. Yesterday was #DeadLiftSaturday. (I dedicate Saturdays to deadlifting at the gym). Deadlifts have always made me sleepy so that could explain it.
I haven’t been drinking a lot water this week. I’ve gotten my 1 gallon of water in maybe once this past week. I have to stock back up again. I can tell a big difference in my attitude when I’m constantly drinking it as opposed to when I’m not.
This song has been in my head all week. They play it so much on the radio at work that it got embedded into my brain lol.
I don’t interact with fellow bloggers on my WordPress app. I tend to check on the people I’m following last. It’s usually my other social media accounts first then WordPress last. I’m sorry y’all. I’ll clean up my act.
