HAPPY RESURRECTION SUNDAY

I couldnt pass up the chance to be petty. My downstairs neighbor was walking his dog at 2am, beung very loud, instructing him to go “poo-poo” ?. I was not happy. So when I woke up at 5am I turned my washer & dishwasher on. I hope the spin cycle woke him up. ?

Ive been eating one meal a day this past week. My treat to myself was chocolate covered almonds. Oh so good!

I didn’t plan to cook for the holiday until me and my aunt were texting yesterday and I said, I’ll take this one off your hand lol.  I pulled the smoker out and I smoked Leg of Lamb (my first time) , Chicken legs & wings, beer can bacon burgers, steamed carrots & broccoli, roasted red potatoes.
