Today I will be juicing in bulk

Broccoli- 2 Crowns

Cauliflower- 1 Full Head

Red Apples- 1 bag

Peaches- 7



Broccoli is rich in iron.  Iron is needed to produce blood cells.  It’s also high in folate- which is necessary for the production of DNA, and keeps your eyes, skin and hair healthy

Cauliflower contains sulfuric compounds that activates  the bodies detoxification system.  These compounds are called GLU-CO-SIN-OLATES.  Cauliflower contains the second highest amount of these compounds after broccoli.  It also contains high amounts of potassium & vitamin c

Apples are high in vitamin C & potassium.  Potassium also helps with the production of protein and muscle.  You need it to break down the carbohydrates so that you can use them as a source of energy.

Peaches can be used to combat various digestive problems.  Some of the benefits from juicing peaches include its excellent diuretic and laxative properties.  This juice can be used to support heart health and boosts your immune system.
