JUICING IN BULK
JUICING IN BULK
BULK RECIPE
1 BAG OF ORANGES
1 BAG OF CARROTS
3 CUCUMBERS
Today I will be showing you how I juice in bulk. JUICING IN BULK saves me a lot of time. Drinking freshly pressed juice is part of my daily routine. It provides me instant energy and it’s a great way to get my fruits and vegetables in for the day. I prepare most of my juices at night so I can have it readily available for the next few days. I am all about the grab and go life. The most important thing to remember when you’re going on any type of diet is PREPARATION. ORGANIZATION IS KEY! The better prepared you are, the better you will be at having success with your diet. With that being said, this is why I juice in bulk. I juice everything at once. This prevents scattered produce being in my refriderator with the possibility of it going bad.
As you will see in the video below I set a 1 gallon sized pot under my Jack LaLaane power juicer to catch all the juice in. Once I’m done juicing I will stir it up, then store it. To store this juice, I put it in my quart sized bottles (I purchased from Walmart for under $2)
or empty water bottles that I save. Yes I save my empty water bottles. Remember, I am all about the grab and go life.

HAVE A SUCCESSFUL DAY
Great points but try using a funnel – it’s won’t waste your juice 🙂
Thanks for the tips!
Thanks for your tips. A silly choice on using this measuring up for the first time, and on film lol. I wasn’t too happy with that outcome lol. Thanks Donna!
Just one more question, how long does the juice last if you make it in bulk? A few days in the fridge ok?
i like to give myself 3 days to drink them. so i would say 4 days max! after that they start to taste funny lol
Thank you! They all taste so good I’d be surprised if mine last much past the 2nd day 🙂
Lol I hear ya Especially a good combo
