Why You Are Aging Selfishly

 

 

I know it’s been a while since I actually written a blog post. Most of my post have been video posts. I have so many thoughts that I would love to make a written blog post about but it seems my time has just been crunched.

Time has always been there but it’s all about allocation. I haven’t been allocating time to write. It’s all on me. The times that I feel like expressing myself, I keep those thoughts to myself. I’m reluctant to share my thoughts just for the mere fact of sharing them. I’m reeling back in what it means to claim your life back from social media. We’ve gotten into this age where we share, share, share, share. We share ourselves without someone genuinely getting to know us. The real human to human interaction.

There are a lot of good moments I’ve been having in my life lately, but instead of sharing every single moment with everyone else, I want that moment to myself. Cherishing the good times to yourself as opposed to sharing with the world has helped me conserve my energy. What a good moment to me could not be a good moment to you. You’re looking for the feedback of good energy when you put it out, but when you don’t get it back, it does take something out of you. On a real deeper level, thats why we do share on social media.

Whatever our current energy is we share it. Everything has a balance, a law. What goes up, goes down. Positive / Negative. We share our good moments and yes, we should share positivity and whoever gravitates towards it will, and those that don’t, don’t. Don’t get a big hiccup about it. All that is to say, I just want to keep that to myself. I feel more, when I do that. I’ve been so use to sharing a lot with you all over the years. Putting yourself out there for the world is a lot. I’m not going away, but im just reflecting on what all of this is.

I’m here to help people reach their fitness goals. This is why I started my blog and shared as much knowledge that I know with you all. I will continue to do so as long as I have breathe in body.
