One thing that COVID-19 has taught me is to evolve. Evolve in your business by moving with the time. You have to listen to the people that pay you as to what they want from you. If you think you aren’t able to, try.

Remaining stuck in your old ways will not work if you want to progress. Looking at today’s society, too many people have been stuck living in the past.

Living off the past has his pros and cons, as with anything. Right now we’re talking about the cons.

We can be stuck in our ways by reminiscing on the times where we initially lost weight. This may have been months or years ago. Are you still stuck in that mindset when you look in the mirror today? Do you still see that person who lost that weight?

If you don’t see that person, maybe it’s time for you to stop living in the past. If you’re reminiscing off that moment, it’s time to change what you’re doing now to become a better person.

When you lost that weight, you may have been conscious to know what you were doing, but it was still fun. It was exciting. You may have had the time. You may have had the finances. Maybe you were in the correct mental space to lose that weight. When you lost that weight, you started feeling yourself. You got beside yourself and those pounds crept back so quick.

Are you going to remain in the past if that is going to be your mindset today? Using your past experiences to better yourself today should be the main focal point when reminiscing on the times that once was.
