POST CHRISTMAS WORKOUT
I hope you and your family had a Merry Christmas. I enjoyed myself. How about you?
It was time for me to stop slacking and get myself back in the gym. I’ve been urning to get back in the gym. I just needed to take some time to heal myself. My body was telling me to chill out for a minute so I listened.
Tonight’s workout consisted of one hour of light cardio.
Stairclimber- 10 mins- Level 5
Elliptical- 20 mins- level 10- 100% incline
Stationary Bike- 10 mins
Treadmill walk- 20 mins- 2.0 speed
This was a real light workout. I had to get out my apartment for more than just going to work and getting food lol. This is how I slowly transition my way back in the gym full tilt. Slow and steady until I get my momentum back. It shouldn’t take long.
