Today I will be showing you my Leg Day workout Im going for 300 Reps!  Here’s the breakdown of my entire workout.

WEIGHTS

  • LEG EXTENSIONS -85LBS- 4(25)
  • HAMSTRING CURLS- 65LBS- 4(25) -(I count leg extensions & hamstring curls as 1 exercise, not two.)
  • REVERSE HACK SQUATS- 135LBS 25 REPS
    • 315LBS- 2(25)
    • 405LBS- 25 REPS
  • LEG & CALF PRESS- 200LBS- 25 REPS
    • 400LBS- 2(25)
    • 500LBS- 25 REPS

CARDIO

  • JUMPROPE 4(250)
  • UNILATERAL LUNGES- 4(5)
  • STATIONARY BIKE RIDE- 4 MILES/20 MINS
  • TREADMILL RUN- 1 MILE/10 MINUTES
