FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH KIKI & KETURAH |#WorkoutsForWomen
This is a full body workout designed for you, the confident and strong woman in todays world.
What you will need – WOD TABATA TRAINER APP (available for iOS – https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/smartwod-timer-wod-timer/id1248966041?mt=8)
& android)
Set the TABATA timer as follows
12- Rounds
:30- Work
:10 Rest
(it will have a +function that says Add Sets, click on that)
3- Sets
1 ( 1 minute) – Rest
Each Block of 12 rounds + 8 mins
After each block of, you will have a 1 minute rest until the timer starts for your next block
This workout from start to finish should last about 27 minutes.
A great way to start your morning workout, or any time of the day in less than 30 minutes
