DAY 50 OF MY JUICE FAST


Day 50 of my juice fast is here!  I’m happy I’ve made it this far.    People are amazed I’ve gone this long without a solid meal.  I’ve done this so many times, in regards to juicing, that going without solid foods does not phase me.

As you can see by the above picture I’ve been leaning out.  My workouts have been great.  One hour of weights along with 30-60 minutes of cardio.

What have I been craving?

  • White rice
  • Steamed veggies

Honestly that’s it.  This is more about me completing the task I set 50 days ago.  I have 10 more to go and my thoughts are going longer than 60 days.  Maybe 61, 62, 63…🤔

That would be a personal record.  The longest I’ve ever gone was 60 days.  Mentally, that’s what’s been on my mind.  Below are my notes from my Day 50. If you have any questions feel free to leave a comment.
DAY 50/ 8-23-16

4:15am
Weight 241 (-21)

I’ve been in my 240’s for almost two weeks and it’s frustrating.  I just have to keep reminding myself that I am lifting weights this time around.  I’m just going to trust the process.

Pb banana smoothie with spinach, coconut oil, flax & chia seeds

Workout

Shoulders & back

Dumbbells rows
Shoulder presses
Incline reverse flys
Incline rows
One arm Seated barbell presses -smith machine
Close grip pull downs
Lat raises
Seated rows

Cardio
20 min stair climber
20 min elliptical

Drank 1L green tea during workout

5:30pm
1L water

7:30pm
32oz watermelon smoothie
12 oz beef bone broth

Juiced these recipes tonite

2bags- gala apples
6- nectarines
4- broccoli florets
3- golden beets
1 bunch- mustard greens


1 bag- Granny Smith apples
4- green pears
6- green bell peppers
2 bunches- kale
1 bunch- collard greens
I’m ready for the next few days!!

  3. I’m really amazed of you doing 50 days of no solids. Me personally may have cheated on the first day a cracker, ate a fruit or vegetable. i can’t even wrap my mind to be this discipline on food. i guess what a person is striving for and really want it,they will discipline themselves to do it. Again I’m amazed how you stick to all you do
