DAY 30 OF MY JUICE FAST

I couldn’t have planned this out even if I tried.  What I mean is, Day 30 of my 60 day juice fast lined up for #ThursdayThoughts.  Technically my Day 30 was yesterday, Wed 8-3-16.   I had something else in mind to write, but I figured you guys would probably want an update on where I am currently in my fast.  For those who don’t know, I am going for 60 Days with cold press juices, smoothies, water, and green tea.  There are some exceptions to this but if you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment below.

Everything is going ok.  I haven’t had any major cravings.  Every time I do one of these fasts, my cravings, or lack thereof, is always different.  I believe I just want to get these last 30 days in.  I even thought of going longer.  I would like more weight loss but I understand, this go around I am lifting weights.  The first time I did a 60 day fast I didn’t lift weights at all.  My workouts were all cardio.  This go around it’s a combination of both.

I’m getting back into the rhythm of running again.  It takes a lot of mental conditioning for me to want to run distances.  I have it in my heart to do, but I have to convince my mind that this is what we are doing today.  I don’t normally post progress pics, but I will on Day 60.  I took some last week, and I can say my stomach has flatten drastically from Day 1.  You all will just have to stay tuned for day 60.  I will complete this.  This is more of a mental test for me above anything.

These are my notes that I have taken.  I track what I consume, as well as document my workouts.  Let me know what you think.  Again, if you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment below.

4.30pm GYM TIME!
20 mins elliptical- 100% incline resistance level- 25
20 min run – 2.1 miles (9:33 mile)
20 min stationary bike- 2 miles

Weights- ARM DAY – ALL SUPER SETS
PULL UPS 5(10)
TRICEP DIPS 5(10)
40lbs DUMBBELL HAMMER CURLS 2(25)
40lbs DUMBELL KICK BACKS 2 (25)
110lbs CABLE SKULL CRUSHERS 4(25)
110lbs CABLE BICEP CURLS 4(25)
70lbs ISO CABLE KICK BACKS 4(25)
70lbs ISO CONCENTRATED CURLS 4(25)
120LBS- CABLE BAR PRESS DOWN 4(25)
120 LBS- CABLE BAR FACE PULLS 4(25)

Drank 1L of water & 1L of green tea during workout
