QUICK MORNING HOME WORKOUT
This is a quick workout that I do first thing in the morning. The good thing about it, it’s done from the comfort of my own home. #NoGymNoExuses! I’m not able to get to the gym until late in the afternoons. I do this workout to wake up so I can get my blood flowing and my endorphins going for the morning. No mind you, I wake up at 4am daily. Ok, well, I snooze until 4:30, lol. You can get this workout in and it’ll only take you about 10-15 minutes.
