HOW TO MAKE MY ROASTED RED PEPPER & TOMATO SOUP
Today I will be showing you HOW TO MAKE MY ROASTED RED PEPPER & TOMATO SOUP. YUM!!!! This is my favorite soup to make. I can make soup in my Montel Williams Healthmaster Elite. I’ve shared this recipe with a few of my close friends and they love it. Friends are the best taste testers/guinea pigs lol. It’s now time for me to share this recipe with the rest of the world. I have provided a video tutorial below.
1 container Grape Tomatoes
2- red bell peppers
2 clove of garlic
Garnish slice of red onion
1 cup vegetable broth/stock
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon jalapeño pepper powder (or ground black pepper if you don’t have the jalapeño pepper powder)
pre heat oven to 425
cut red peppers in half
throw away seeds
lay on a cookie sheet with foil and put olive oil on the peppers and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until they start to get that roasted look on them
rinse your grape tomatoes
add the remaining ingredients to your blender while the peppers are cooking
once the peppers are done
place them in the blender
Since I have a Montel Williams Health Master Elite it takes 10 minutes on speed 8
After 10 minutes, voila!!! I have soup!!!
